Our specially designed menu features a stunning starter plate to share which includes: confit duck and fig terrine with plum chutney, spring rolls of shredded duck, spring onion and soy, smoked duck breast with a salad of pickled cucumber, ginger and bean sprouts.
There is a choice of main course, including roast chump of English rare breed lamb with cured bacon, thyme rosti potato, ratatouille and a red wine sauce, grilled fillet of sea bass with a pressing of baby leeks, lemon pickled carrots and fish bubbles, followed by an assiette of cocktail desserts: After Midnight tiramisu, Orange Blossom iced parfait, Long Island Iced Tea jelly, Mill Stream Breeze cocktail.
