This summer, our exclusive ‘Summer Revival’ Dinner, Bed & Breakfast is a real extravagance. We look forward to indulging our guests with half a native Lobster, fresh from the Cornish sea, accompanied with garlic aioli, triple cooked chips and beach herbs, all served with a glass of exquisite Bauchet Brut champagne. Chef -Patron, Lee Bye, is looking forward to Lobster being back on the menu at Tuddenham; ‘I get excited for the first of the British lobsters as much as I do the first English strawberry. It is a great to have lobsters back in the pots at the mill’ said Lee.
