We are delighted to welcome new Head Chef Lee Bye who is taking over from Paul Foster.
Our new Head Chef Lee is starting on Monday 17th February and is very excited about the new challenge ahead. Lee is familiar not just with Tuddenham Mill’s kitchen and the team but also all that the Mill stands for. Prior to moving on to carve his own career as a Head Chef Lee worked closely with Paul Foster as his sous chef for two years.
